What data we process and why

We process the data you provide in the contact form (name, email, company, phone, interest, indicative budget and message) solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, send you the information or proposal you request.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and taking pre‑contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if a business relationship begins, for its duration and the applicable legal periods. It is then deleted.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To deliver form messages we use a transactional email provider (Resend), and the site is hosted on Vercel; both act as processors with appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses for any international transfers.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, via the contact form or by post to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
